Not much of a review, but I will say I finally found a "domestic" Montecristo that I REALLY like.  As far as overpriced "domestic" cigars go, this one is a keeper for sure.  They must have been listening to what the consumers really are looking for since they pack some good deep flavors in these sticks instead of the normal humdrum & mild profiles I have come to expect from "domestic" Montecristo's.  I'd honestly give it 4 out of 5 stars.  The construction on the Robusto I smoked was about flawless, nice firm dark ash, good draw and plenty of smoke.  The burn was nice and even and only had to be touched up once during the smoking session.

If you get over the price tag and try one, I'd be real curious as to what others think of this stick.

Very interesting. Might have to pick up a single next time I visit my local.

Good seeing you around Wayne.

If he likes the whites, I would guess he would like the anni....The anni is a little more full bodied and much better tasting IMHO.

He likes the full-bodied cigars.....so, sounds like just the ticket!

Thanks...OPT!
